Our French Bulldog or English Belly Band/Diaper with a bow tie is handmade and to be used with a disposable male wrap underneath (if needed)! It is like a belly band they can't get off! Use with the disposable wrap for less washes. Diaper has no tail hole. I use elastic in the suspenders and double Velcro around the waist so they are adjustable and will fit your adult male bulldog comfortably.
